Background
Phil Berlin
is admitted to the Bar in California and Massachusetts. He
received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University with
undergraduate in Government from the University of Massachusetts
and Master’s Degree in Labor Law from New York University School
of Law. Mediation training includes "Mediating the Litigated
Case" at Pepperdine University and many related courses. He
authored the cover story The Los
Angeles Lawyer on sexual harassment which is recognized as an
authority by West’s Annotated Codes. As an expert in the field,
he has been a guest speaker on sexual harassment before the
California State Bar. A respected speaker who engages his
audience, Phil has made presentations before the American
Management Association, Philadelphia Commission on Human Rights
Annual Conference, the Cardozo Society, various trade associations
and chambers of commerce. He provides seminars and workshops for
officers, managers, supervisors and employees on sexual
harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, employee
privacy, drug testing, wage and hour and other workplace laws.
